Clothing Swap Treasures

Hello there my dear readers! Today I wanted to share with you all a few items I got a couple of weeks back from a clothing swap with a few of my friends. I was very lucky and ended up with several pieces that I've been able to turn into some of my new favourite outfits. Here are a few of the looks:

These grey American Apparel jeans are SUPER high waisted but very tight, a combination which on my body means both flattering and comfortable. They have zippers down the ankles which I adore! The shirt is an old  biker tee which happened to fit perfectly. I've paired them with my old Walmart blundstone knockoffs (always a winner :P)

This next outfit is sure to be one of my spring go-to looks! The jeans are just classic H&M cut offs, and the top is vintage  K Arnold 100% silk. 

THE NEW SHOESSSSS 

Ok these are obviously not from the clothing swap, but I promised you a picture of 

my new shoes so here they are! ALDO brand from Hudson's Bay, $85 new.

This is a black dress from H&M which has had the sleeves cut short by my friend who previously owned the dress. I love the look of the ragged sleeves and the overall fit of the dress!

Well friends, that's all for today! I got quite a few other items at the clothing swap which I'm excited to share with you, but I got tired of taking pictures so those will have to wait until the next post. Oh! And one more thing, the picture below is a preview of my next post, which will include this amazing rabbit fur stole, passed on  to me by my lovely Aunt Karen, wearer and provider of all things glamorous.
